The orchard is located in the "Krushata" (The Pear) area in the territory of Blagoevgrad. It’s fruit bearing and in very good condition. The predominant type of fruits are the apples, which are several varieties. There are also plums, pears, walnuts, quince, medlar and chestnuts. All trees have been trimmed. Access is provided by a road with permanent upper surface.
We are looking for hard-working farmer with a desire to care for the trees and to produce good yield.
The good location, the convenient access and the proximity to the city makes this offer a very attractive proposal. There are existing commercial and transportation companies, many warehouses in the neighborhood and all communication infrastructures have been established.
The price is negotiable.
