The studio-flat is located on the first floor of a three-storey building near “Loven dom" district. It consists of two rooms, bathroom, two balconies /one for each room/, and an entrance hall. Floors are parquet and terracotta tiles, latex painted walls and ceilings. There is an additional room behind the garage, completed in the same way as the flat. This room has a separate entrance and a fully completed bathroom, located one level below the room.
