This 3-storey building has solid construction and it’s located in the beautiful and picturesque town of Rila. It’s built near the city hall and the grand "St. Nicholas" church. Currently the building was used for educational purposes – it was a private college. It has offices and classrooms, all in good condition. The top floor is designed for boarding premises for the needs of the students. In fact, the building has multi-purpose use - can be used with other aims. Recently various repairs have been performed - laminate and terracotta tiles been laid, walls and ceilings – freshly painted with latex paint, partially changed windows. The first level has rooms, which can be used as a kitchen with dining area /or restaurant /. There are sanitary facilities at either end of the building - completely renovated. Also there are separate access points to the different levels through massive concrete staircases.
