This newly built house is situated in Stob village,
Kocherinovo municipality, Kyustendil province. It is entirely in the local architecture
tradition style, combined with modern trends. The house is on three levels. The first one has a garage for six cars, a large basement, a restaurant with wine cellar and an outside toilet. On the second level are: a spacious living room and kitchen, a bedroom, a study/library room and a bathroom. The
top level has four bedrooms and
distribution hall, a bathroom and a separate toilet. All bedrooms have balconies, overlooking the courtyard. The construction is
at rough stage. A nice barbecue was
built in the yard, many fruit
trees and vines are planted. The
yard itself has an area of 780
sq. m., surrounded by high and massive
walls of river rocks. The garden is on two levels and allows for differentiation of various relaxation areas or farming. Proper
landscaping creates opportunities for recreation. The building can
be used multifunctional – for a hotel, for eco-tourism, for trade or as a family house.
Stob village is
famous for its unique pyramids, crystal clear mountain water, and hardworking people.
Nearby is the Bulgarian emblem – the Rila Monastery.
The village is around 20 km away from Blagoevgrad and 80 km from
Sofia.
