The offered agricultural land is near the dam "Stoykovtsi", Logodaj village. It is located on the main road which leads to the dam. This explains the wonderful view to the Rila Mountain and its surroundings. With the approved master plan of the municipality of Blagoevgrad, the region is defined as a recreational villa zone.  Many detailed plans for construction on this agricultural land have been already approved and new villas built. The dam further increases the opportunities for inhabiting, as it is a popular fishing place.
